![]() While some story arcs did not quite convey much attention, Claudia Jesse’s Eloise Bridgerton pulled us in with the journey of finding her first love interest in the midst of trying to unmask the cunning Lady Whistledown. For example, the infamous subplot of Lady Whistledown and her gossip paper crossed paths with many more characters this season. While the scandalous love affair might have been the main attraction for most, quite a few new narratives have allowed audience members to enjoy a plethora of diverse characters and their amusing adventures. The catch? Miss Edwina is also in love with the Bridgerton brother. However, his newest oath against love and her solemn vow to find a loving husband for her sister soon begin to crumble when they are faced with the show’s most infamous narrative: an enemies to lovers story. Of course, her intriguing personality draws the attention of none other than Viscount Bridgerton himself during an apt horse chase through the park. ![]() However, Simone Ashley’s Kate Sharma stole the show with her witty tongue, sharp mind and adorable dog as she plays the dutiful role of big sister. Charithra Chandran’s Edwina Sharma enters the spotlight once held by last season’s Daphne Bridgerton, a most fitting role for the charming girl who has become the new “diamond” of London. ![]() This new season also welcomes the arrival of some new faces to “Bridgerton,” as Adjoa Andoh’s materteral Lady Danbury houses two young girls from India to present to English society.
